  1. um god where to start lol, my top artists have given me endless inspiration are: Alex grey - www.alexgrey.com/ Robert Venosa- http://www.venosa.com/ Doré Gustave- http://dore.artpassions.net/ Dante- Inferno is one of my all fav books; Doré did the illustration most of Dante's The Divine Comedy. which have always blown me away I could sit and look at them for hours on end.
  2. I would recommend Canon, I started off with a 20D which is a classic; I bet you can pick up pretty cheap now. Like people have said spend more on the lens L class are the top end stuff it costs more but well worth every penny for in the long run.
  3. So who wants to share there santa wish list? What Equipment (Cameras, lenses, ect ect) would you love to own ? The Things I would love to own at the moment are: Hasselblad H3DII-39 PHANTOM HD The ARRICAM STUDIO oneday... :(
  4. Christopher Doyle hands down...I would even clean hes shoes if I had half the chance of meeting him lol
  5. This is excatly what I am doing; as I am studying tobe a cinematographer, in between my main course I will be taking a 18 week course in Visual Effects & Compositing I think it is the best way to go in my honest opinion as you will have a good knowledge on both spectrums. As people said it is a lot more work to take on but in for a penny in for a pound; it could get you a lot more jobs in the future.
