    Hi Matias, Phantom HD Gold, we recommend you use 200ASA/ISO setting, but as always check your histagram on your HD monitor. Lighting you will be fine with 20k Tungsten, try not to use HMI.     Hi Phil, Gavin, who fronts "The Slow-Mo Guys", is one of our Phantom technicians here at GreenDoorFilms. We were the first to offer Phantom cameras here in the UK & Europe and we are now on our 5th generation of high-speed video cameras. Gavin uses the Phantom FLEX cameras at the weekend, usually on a Sunday, our quiet day of usually busy week. It's all part of our training programme to introduce the new generation of film markers to the world of slow-motion.
