I'm serving on a jury in downtown LA, and they have us parking in the garage below the Disney Concert Hall (the cool Frank Gehry stainless-steel thing, for those not familiar). Driving up I can see there's a sizable shoot going on there, judging by the number and size of trucks wrapped around the building. The escalators from the garage dump us right in the lobby, where the shoot is in progress. Above the heads of the crew and the formally-attired extras, I see the unmistakable mag of a Panavision Genesis. Stepping out onto the sidewalk I see Steve Carell walking up.
