I don't know about a specific pad for your Arri SR2, but I bought a shoulder pad from filmtools some time ago that works well and was cheap. Rather than attaching to the camera, it straps on to the operator. Does the job pretty well.

Memory foam works well-- you can buy a memory foam pillow for $30 or so and cut it to meet your needs.

Arri once made shoulder pads for the SR that had a screw that screwed into the under side of the body. Don't know if they still make them but you could give them a call directly. Maybe they have one laying on a shelf somewhere.

The camera comfort cushion is probably the best investment I ever made for operating. The SR2 isn't a heavy camera, and the shoulder pad makes it pretty comfortable to handle.

I've got m Camera Comfy pad, which is nice; but hell, you can also just ball up a towel!

Gosh, that was such a light camera--I just put a towel folded in two over my shoulder for years and it was perfect.

 

(I just saw this post as I finished two hours of going through and learning menus of yet another digital camera prepping for a shoot---I miss the old simple days).
