Aaton XTR Prod rubber eyecup 3D model for 3D printing (ID 40mm, lip 2.4mm thick)

You can download these files for 3D printing (STEP and STL)

 

The overhangs on the underside are maximum 45° so i can be printed on a FDM printer with TPU without support structure.

Or send it to a 3D prining service provider that prints flexible parts.

I might model an Arriflex Rubber eyecup as well.

I was gonna model it myself, but thanks for doing the work, can't wait to test print it. We got the TPU and everything!

You're welcome Tyler. I think the magazine boots you currently print in resin would also work better in TPU. I'll print a few next week, as the old ones start to disintegrate.

if you need the model to be modified to work better on your printer, let me know. the lip on the highest point might be a bit thin.

here's a file with a thicker lip on the top - depending on your printer and the shore hardness of the TPU, it might be easier to print:

We couldn't get them to be consistent with TPU sadly. We are investing in a new printer shortly and we will try again.

Any good resins to print this in?

I will try the F80 resin by Resione, once I get my resin printer. It stays flexible even in cold temperatures.
