Best place to find Short Ends and Recans???

Anyone know where the best place to find short ends and recans? I used to find a lot more floating about the web but struggle these days.

16mm is impossible these days. 

I have 35mm if you want some, but only selling in bulk.

In the Kodak Motion Picture Catalog, call the number under "US Film Pickup Location". I have gotten short ends and re-cans from them in the past for cheap. They even gave me an email with a direct contact with a guy at Kodak who seems to handle this type of thing.

Kodak calls it the film shop which does sell short ends You can also try Motion Picture Film Stock. I only have their email unfortunately, but they have always been very helpful. They were formerly call Reel Good.
