Levi Szendro Posted March 25 Posted March 25 Hello! I am about to run a test on a very good condition Bauer S715 XLS model. When I trigger or engage the lever for the actual start, there is a 12 sec delay until the motor kicks in. I think this is an issue an not supposed to be like this. Batteries are brand new and the battery test indicates a fully charged set of batteries. Has any of you came across this problem and if so, kindly let me know what where to start troubleshooting it...many thanks!
Mark Dunn Posted March 25 Posted March 25 (edited) The camera may have a delayed-start timer. It could still be set. Manual here https://www.filmkorn.org/wp-content/uploads/simple-file-list/Cameras/Bauer/Bauer-S715xl-And-S709xl-Microcomputer-Manual-en.pdf Edited March 25 by Mark Dunn
Levi Szendro Posted March 25 Author Posted March 25 Thanks Mark, Yes! Thanks so much. It is a self timer....AUTO 24 setting. Was not very straight forward as to me AUTO meant something else..like auto exposure etc...Many thanks for your help! 1
