This may seem like a stupid follow up question, but does one need to modify a Konvas2M in any way to make it able to run standard Kodak film?

The reason I ask is several Russian ebay sellers say things like "Camera works with Bell&Howell or Russian type perforation films".

Are they cracked? Or is russian 35mm somehow differnet?

Hi,

The Konvas does not have any register pins so the perforation shape is not important.

Russian negative has the same perforations as print film, so any Russian camera with pin registration needs to be modified to use negative with B+H perfs.
