Lee Young
This may be a stupid question, but nevertheless I'm going to ask it. My B and H has a metal thing where the shutter opens and closes. It seems that it is where the film is supposed to be exposed. Is this supposed to be there or not.

Well, their are a few metal things that should be there... Like the presure plate, and who nows what might not supsed to be their - could you be a bit more descriptive? Is this in front or behind the film plane? is it in front or behind the lens mount. What colour is it, what size is it?
Premium Member steve hyde Posted October 25, 2006 Premium Member Share Posted October 25, 2006 ..sounds like it is a new camera for you. Try opening the door where you load the film and pulling back on the lever for the pressure foot. Do you have a manual for your B&H? Steve
