Kayvan Gabbay
Hi, New to the boards, and took a look at the posts, so I don't think someone posted on this topic before. Regarding Little Miss Sunshine, does anyone know what stocks it was filmed on? And whether it was 16mm or 35mm? (at first, i thought it was shot on super 16mm, but now I'm under the impression that it's 35mm?) Also, what cameras were used? And did they have a DI. Thank you. Premium Member David Mullen ASC Posted January 31, 2007 Premium Member Share Posted January 31, 2007 According to ICG Magazine, it was shot in Super-35 on 5274 (200T) for some day exterior work, but mostly on 5218 (500T). No D.I. -- it was blown-up to 35mm anamorphic using an optical printer.
Premium Member Max Jacoby Posted January 31, 2007 Premium Member Share Posted January 31, 2007 The shot on Panavision cameras with Primo lenses. I can understand why you thought it was shot on S16 though, the film looked incredibly grainy.
