Conrad Yoder
I am using an Arri SRII to for filming, and have a 100' roll of film on daylight spool that I want to use in the camera. Will things work "ok" with just putting the daylight spool of film in the magazine (other than the tensioner arm not contacting the film), or should I transfer it to a core first? Thanks for the advice.

Thanks for the advice. Works fine, don't need to transfer the film to a core, use the 100 ft daylight spool and just leave the follower locked in the back position on the feed side of the magazine. And reset your mag counter (the little one on the side) to zero and use that to gauge how much film is left. -Tim
A. Whitehouse
I t should work fine, although it might be slightly louder than normal. Don't engage the arm.
