Mamiya 645 lens adapter

David, while I'm not sure on this it looks like the Mamiya bayonet is closest to a BNCR mount in terms of Flange Focal Dist. I recall also having seen mayima lenses converted to BNCR mounts before as well. Visual Products offers a BNCR mount conversion for the red so that may well be a good place to start looking.

for those interesting, i found this nice little chart of lens FFDs.

A google search for ready made adapters came up empty, but maybe somebody knows of a source.

Per that FFD chart, the Mamiya 645 is 63.3 mm, and Red's PL is 52.0 mm. That gives you just a tad bit less than half an inch in which to make an adapter. So, it should be a doable thing. Maybe start with an extension tube for the Mamiya and a PL body cap, and a precision machine shop could put something together.
