Premium Member Tim Carroll Posted April 9, 2009 Premium Member Share Posted April 9, 2009 Tim All I really want to do is oil the essential parts properly! Mark You can put Chronosynth in the oil ports inside the door on the camera, but you will need an ARRI oil pen or something similar. They sometimes show up on eBay. All that will do is lubricate the smooth bearing surface for a few of the drive gears. There is no way to "oil the essential parts properly" without opening up the camera and rebuilding it.
