Brian Dzyak Posted July 22, 2009 Share Posted July 22, 2009 All that stuff above, plus a great Gaffer, great Electricians, a great Key Grip, great Grips, great Operators, great Focus Pullers, great 2nd ACs, and a great Loader. As a DP, your most important tools are the PEOPLE who you're "directing." You need to know what to do and a great crew is the key to accomplishing it.
