Essentially two compounds, which when mixed, react to produce smoke without flame. I recall one of them is acetic acid, but not totally certain. Kevin W Wilson Posted February 23, 2010 Share Posted February 23, 2010 Yeah pretty sure this stuff is illegal now. It's unbelievably hazardous to human lungs. I saw some interviews with the cast of Aliens and all of them at some point or another had to be treated for breathing problems during the making of the film because so much AB smoke was pumped into the set and it's tight spaces.
