His keen eye and collaoration with great cinematographer's like Stephen Goldblatt, Jeffrey L. Kimball, Paul Cameron and Dan Mindel have created films that continue to resonate in mind even now. More than once I've finished shooting a scene in some trumped-up wannabe short film and suggested getting some "Tony Scott stuff", and spent fifteen minutes shooting random focus pulls and handheld abstraction...
