Can a m43 lens be converted to fit a PL mount body

I would sincerely doubt it.

Micro 4/3 lenses have an extremely short back focus, which is why it's easy to mount almost any sort of lens to a micro 4/3 camera. There's lots of space in front of the mount to put adaptors, and still have other lenses (such as PL or EF) sit at the right focal distance.

Naturally that means that the position at which the back of a micro 4/3 lens must exist is very close to the sensor (or film), almost certainly so close that the mechanics of the camera would invariably get in the way. The format was designed for mirrorless DSLR-style stills cameras, so they could be more compact.
