Daniel D. Teoli Jr. Posted May 8, 2022 Posted May 8, 2022 (edited) eBay Photo: Fair Use Here is a film from England for sale on eBay showing how an exposed film can was marked. Don't know what the markings after 'Rated @ 80' means. 80 is the ASA, maybe the rest is something about a neutral density filter? Artist's tape, white or colored gaffers / spike tape or medical tape is good for marking cans. <><><><> DDTJR Small Gauge Film Archive Edited May 8, 2022 by Daniel D. Teoli Jr.
Premium Member Daniel Klockenkemper Posted May 10, 2022 Premium Member Posted May 10, 2022 I'd suppose that "EM. NO." is short for emulsion number.
Brian Pritchard Posted May 21, 2022 Posted May 21, 2022 It is Emulsion Number 501 Roll16 Cut 1. The 2000 ft rolls would have been cut into 2 parts before cutting down to 400 ft lengths Brian 1
