rob spence
Hi, Thanks for letting me look at your showreel. It's difficult to comment on reels that have selected very short scenes...but I think the quality of photography is great. You have some interesting visual ideas that would be even more interesting if the viewer could see a little more and see where the ideas led to ...I guess I'm talking about revealing more of a storyline...after all that's what the moving image is about. What did you shoot on , film? Great images... Rob Spence
Guest
Yes he shot on film. I love that underwater shot, what was your rig for that shot and film stock? Very nice imagery indeed. R,
Dominik Muench
thank you guys, most of the scenes are from music videos and therefore pretty short :( richard: hehe, that was shot with a pd150 :) no 16mm, i was surprised myself about the quality. Joseph White
really nice stuff there indeed - great sampling of different types of lighting, movement, composition, everything. the underwater shot is lovely, as are a lot of the day exterior bicycling shots - perhaps there are too many of these as they got slightly repetetive for a 60-second reel, but overall it's very strong. well done. what stock was the underwater shot filmed on? Guest
You mean the underwater shot was on a pd150? There is film in the entire real. R,
Dominik Muench
no im serious, the underwater shot was done with a PD150, its the only digital shoot on the reel :)
