Yes, You can convert a Konvas-2M to Pl mount, but, this is not easy procedure. From one side, this is very easy, you need unscrew a 3 screws, take away OST-19-144 lens mount and set Arri PL and set screews. But, I'm camera and optical mechanician and can confirm, You forget a very important procedure - check and adjust of flange focal distance of lens mount. The precision of set a flange focal distance must be +/- 0.01 mm, and this is too high precision. You will need special mechanical and optical tools, collimator for this. Any procedure with body and lens mount of camera must be with test and adjust a flange focal distance of camera, focusing screen. Hi BNCR mount and lens mount of Konvas-2M ( OST-19-144) a some difference. Konvas-2M lens mount have diameter 68 mm and flange focal distance 61 mm. BNCR mount have diameter 2.680 in =68 mm and flange focal distance 2.420 in=61.468 mm The difference a flange focal distance at 0.468 mm too big, because, this is distance must have precision +/- 0.01mm From other side this is lens mounts have difference design of mounting. HI What LOMO lenses you mean ? This can be lenses for 16 mm cine camera ( 16 OKS, OPF ) and for 35 mm cine cameras ( 35 OKS, OPF ). Very good lenses from kit of Kinor-16 cine camera. The many lenses can be modify to Arri PL mount, but, need check every lens. A few prime lenses ( OKS-1-100-1 and other ) have versions for 16 mm and 35 mm cine cameras.
