HI gents, just bought a beautiful Kinoptik Tegea 5,7mm lens for my Beaulieu 2016. I'd like to have another lens in the 8-12mm range and I'm looking to find a Tegea 9,8mm for a good price but I've found that Optar Illumia S16 lenses are great. Price would be nearly the same as the Kinoptic sell generally for about 1600 euro, so maybe a brand new lens would be a better option? What do you think about? I will use the lens on the BMPCC also. Hi gents, bought a Schneider Cinelux 2X MC and I'm looking for a focus module for it. Found endless threads on the web about FM Module from Latvia and Rectilux attachment, finally after hours of reading I have still not understand which works better with my lens... Any advice tips on the two models? Thanks Giorgio

I'm looking also on other anamorphic lenses like the Schneider Cinelux and the Kowa Prominar, just curious to try but as I don't like to spend a lot of money to end with nothing I will look into this more careful. I'm not sure if would be better to invest on a Kinoptik Tegea 5.7mm or 9.8mm lens maybe, but I'm really interested to try also the FM Module, single action focus on anamorphic attachment. Uhmmm.... Image circle on the Bmpcc is bigger than S16, so aside the adapter you need to look for few S16 lenses or 35mm lenses to cover the sensor size, these lenses are very expensive. Giorgio

Hi guys, just bought a Beaulieu 2016 Quartz that I'm sending to Bjorn Andersson for a full service. I was thinking about having it converted to Ultra 16 as the S16 is not possible on the Beaulieu, what do you think about? Pro & cons? Can't find any info on the web about that so any advice welcome. Hi gents, selling my Beaulieu R16 with handle. The camera has been TOTALLY serviced with some new parts and lubed by Bjorn Andersson less than a year ago. Four rolls shooted, no more. All the functions have been setted as for factory specifications and screw for speed setting addeded. Light meter works perfectly (never used) and viewfinder is now bright and clear. The camera is in new condition and I will rated body conditions as 9. If you are looking for "as new" R16 now mine is for sale. Reason to sell, I've just bought a beatiful Beaulieu 2016 Quartz that I'm sending to Bjorn for a complete rebuild. Price is 850 euro. I know it's no cheap but at this cost I'm still not covering the camera buying price and the Bjorn's job. If you want a battery, I have a brand new (used once) high capacity battery (2000 Ah). Total cost for the lot is 1000 euro ex postage and Paypal fees for overseas buyers, payment within EC with bank transfer. Pics below are of the camera as I bought it, I will put recent pics soon. Hi gents, I've searched a lot but found nothing on the web, so does anyone know if the Schneider Variogon 1:2 16-80mm work well on the BMPC? I know that the Variogon 18-90 works very well without any problem of infinity focus or vignetting but I'm intrigued about this lens that I have mounted on my Beaulieu R16. Thanks Giorgio

Hi gents, I need a little help here as I have not any manual or wiring diagram of the camera. I'm being in contact with Bjorn Andersson daily in the past for a little problem I have on my R16, the camera is in perfect condition as it has been completely serviced by Bjorn less than a yera ago. So, does anyone have a pic, diagram of the internal connections of the handgrip? I have disassembled it to make some little adjustment on the switch and I have found a blu wire not connected anywhere, please see pics. What do you think about? Thanks for your help Giorgio

Hi guys, I'm selling my KONVAS 2M camera set Koncas 2M camera brand new SERIAL N 900154, I think it has been never used 17EP-16APK cristal sync motor, tested and brand new 3 x 60 meter magazines with bag, brand new conditions 1 x120 magazine, used but fully working 4 x kodak core adapter, I have had made them new and still in box from RAF camera original power cable and manual in russian language the camera is in brand new condition, perfect in all parts, I have tested the motor once and it's fully working, I'm not happy to sell it but I need money for other projects so it needs to go. Hi gents, I'm thinking to buy some 200Ft 35mm Daylight Spools, as you know these are very difficoult to find in 35mm format. Found a source but minimum order quantity is 20 pieces, price will be £7.95 excluding VAT and postage. There are also available for sale the 35mm 200FT plastic can to store the exposed/unexposed films. The Daylight spool are made from plastic and they come from USA even if I have found them from UK, a well know supplier of cine equipment. So, if anyone is interested please let me know, I can't buy 20 pieces as I need only 6... BTW, I will try to see if in some way the could be used in the 60-120Mt Konvas magazine, I think I need to have some adapter machined for the job. Any tips about that? Thanks Giorgio

Hi gents, received today my new Konvas 2M camera, it seems to be in mint conditions even if I have not yet the battery set to test it anyway; looking in the finder, bright and clean, I see the ground glass marks but the finder view is not perfectly centered with these lines. Turning the finder vertically shows the same problem, to have a perfect centered view I need to rotate the vertical/horizontal ring a little more over the natural stop clicks. There is a way to set correctly this issue or it's normal? What can I test to fix it? Camera is new but package was poor so I'm worry about some shock during the shipping... Thanks guys. Giorgio
