The camera is in my house in Israel. It is 16LTR54 that I bought years ago from a research institution. They almost did not use the camera because they changed to video. I myself used it only for one project only to enjoy my new camera, since I had, and still have my old Aaton LTR7. I shot something like 5 rolls of 400 Ft. The camera is superb, extremely quiet! And looks and behaves like a new camera. The camera was not serviced lately by an Aaton technician, but I take it myself every few months and run some film through it. Everything looks and sounds fine. There is no major difference between the two cameras except for the speed. The LTR7 runs up to 32FPS and the LTR54 can run up to 54FPS. That is if the LTR7 is not an early model. If it is then the difference is very big: The electronics is different - Aaton changed in latest models the electronics in the LTR7 to PBX, the magazines are completely different, the gate is different and more. I have both cameras for sale. My LTR7 has a PBX and the magazines are the advanced ones. The LTR54 is a camera that was almost never used and it looks and behaves like new one! and comes with a lot of accessories and lenses. I hope I could help.
