  1. Cineovision 18mm T2.8 Cineovision 24mm T1.6 Cineovision 35mm T1.6 Cineovision 50mm T1.6 Cineovision 85mm T1.6 It's important to note that the fronts DO NOT rotate when focusing. Some of the older Cineovision focal lengths rotate when focusing. These do not. The 24, 35, 50, 85 have upgraded circular irises that deliver perfectly circular bokeh when stopped down. THEY ALL COVER FULL FRAME/LF/VV. More pics available upon request. Lenses have been tested on a camera and on a projector. Images look beautiful. Images are sharp and focus marks are dead on. Lenses are PL Mount Full Frame coverage! Optically glass is clean. no haze, no fungus. There are some light cleaning marks typical with the age of the glass, but overall this is one of the cleanest sets I have found. There are no issues that will effect image quality. MECHANICALLY - Like new. Focus and iris are smooth. No image shift. COSMETICALLY - Like New PRICE : $62,000 US Here is a link to the product on our website : https://broadcastsolutions.com/product/cineovision-super-speed-spherical-prime-lens-set/

  9. I am looking into large format these days. The question came from the director I'm working with at the moment - and is the following: is there anything gained from using lenses with larger image circles then your sensor? I was suggesting to shoot on the Leica R lenses for various reasons - he asked about the hasselblad whitepoint lenses - presuming they are better cause they cover a 65mm imager. When thinking about this I realized two different bits of information came to mind: my instinct is; the more the lens' image circle exceeds the imager's size, the less quality will be lost towards the edges of the image - lenses perform better in their center and then gradually degrade as you move away from the center. I have also heard people express their believe that you should match Image Circle with imager size - the argument being that this way you get to see the lens' full image, full range (from sharp center to softer edges) "nothing is lost". Is there anyone out there that has tested different IS lenses on LF/FF formats? Did you see any pattern in terms of the relation between IS and size of the imager? Is it just a matter of taste; if you want inperfections 1=1, if you want very consistent images on which the lens is consistent from edge to edge then go 2 vs 1 or even 3 vs 1 (like a 65mm lens on a 16mm sensor?) Many thank! Seppe
  10. Hello guys, I am in the process of building my kit and I would like to ask for your advice. I want to reach the most cinematic look while maintaining maximal portability and reasonable budget. So far I was using GH5 with 25mm Voigtlander lens and right now I am thinking of either getting also 10 and 42mm to complete my set or going full frame and getting old Contax Zeiss supers. I like how Voigtlanders work with light, but sometimes I feel I could get more filmic results with vintage lenses (for example with my old Hellios that I am sometimes using). I would like to hear your opinion about Contax Zeiss that are highly praised. As far as body goes. I like that GH5 can record 442 10bit internal and don't know about any full frame in the same size and price range that could do same. With modern fast and wide mft lenses, full frame kinda looses it's point, what do you think?
