  1. For sell a Zeiss SuperSpeed 9.5mm T1.3 S16, a great luminous wide angle cine lens. I sell it because i search a zoom instead of primes. Price is 900 Euros + shipping. Regarding the state of the optics there is no mushroom / fungus / dust inside. There are slight "cleaning marks" on the glass, as well on the front and rear element, obviously not affecting the image. But there is no claw or crack on the glass. I bought it for a French DP who took great care. Cosmetically really in good condition, the paint and the numbers / lettering are there. The aperture ring is very fluid, the focus ring is less fluid, a little harder, but it doesen't affect the focus at all, change focus is easy. Super Speeds are among the best Super 16 lens and they have been used on many feature films. The resulting image is still impressive today. This is a test that I realized with the Blackmagic Pocket: https://vimeo.com/129887125 I am at your disposal for any additional questions, optic can be seen in Belgium. The lens is Arri Bayonet mount, also i sell the adapter Arri Bayonet to MFT from Ciecio7 for 90 euros extra. This adapter is one of the best available adapter and is shimmable: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Arri-Bayonet...-/251176724708
  2. Hi there, First post on this forum, nice to meet you. I'm looking to get some reels of 9.5mm archive film transferred. I've looked around on the internet (before finding this forum), and am now chatting to Images4Life in the UK. They seem to offer a great balance of options and price. I'm looking for a reference. Can anyone recommend their services? It looks like they're using a flashscan Choice. I'd be getting the scanning done at the full resolution, transcoded to ProRes 444. I see lots of discussion about quality on this thread. Does anyone have anything to add? Thanks! Stephen *Edit: full res would be their 2.3K
  3. Hey guys, We are currently selling a Zeiss Distagon S16 super speed lens, MKII, scale in feet & metric, ARRI PL-Mount, 16mm, T1.2. Let me know if you are interested or have any questions.
  4. What can be the flange focal distance of a 20 mm Cinor lens of a 9.5 mm camera (Pathé National II) ? The thread diameter of the mount is the same as the D-mount (15.88 mm), but the flange focal distance seems to be the same as the C-mount (17,526 mm). Can I use a C-mount lens (with a D-mount > C-mount adapter ring) on a 9.5 mm camera ? Mechanically, yes, but optically ?
