Vincent Pascoe
How did you get the super warm shots? Did you filter it or adjusted in post? I used almost no filter Sometimes pola.. 95% of the teaser is straight from camera I only color corrected four shots, the one sun set shot and the Bottle in foreground. and the Jail shot and last 3 interior shots I brought up the Setup 15 the Lenes NIkon mount 28mm F/2.8 50mm Macro f/2.8 ED 50mm F/2 28mm-105mm F/2.8 80mm-200mm F/2.8 ED 70mm-300mm F/5.6 VP Edited May 30, 2006 by Vincent Pascoe

ocean
Simply incredible...the more I see footage acquired on the HVX the more I am considering investing in one. Also your choice of lighting ratios seems to be very stark and this helps to show off what range the HVX can handle. Keep up the great work. You color corrected them in telecine or FCP?One more thing, what is an M2? Alex While a discussion on adapters is probably fit for another forum...in short the M2 is similar to the mini 35 form P+S Technik. Guest Alexandre Lucena
Congratulations. Very filmic. Have you projected in HD on a large screen ? How do you think the images from the M2 adapter should look in a 35mm tranfer? Alexandre
Morgan Peline
Hi, Looks really really nice! Did you use film 35mm lenses or photographic 35mm lenses? If you used photographic lenses, how did you find them when you focus-pulled? Did they breathe alot? Was it noticeable?
Vincent Pascoe
we shot at 720 24Pn mode I used avid to color corect we used nikon/quantel still Lenes...the Nikon manual lenses with ED glass where great, very little breathing, Easier to rack...teh Auto lenes are a pain to rack. the Ac would sometimes have to rack from under the camera witch was a pain so He had to make his own marks...tomorro there shipping the folow foucus hopefully will be much better... I feel that with the M2 adapter the HVX transpherd to 35mm would still look sharper than DVX footage... but yes you do lose a stop and yes you do lose a little rezoloution than just the stock lens so I don't add any diffutsion.
