Geoffrey Chandler
Would an old lens originally designed for 16mm movie cameras, Angenieux 12-120 f/2.2 work on a Pocket Cinema camera? Thanks.
Jean-Louis Seguin
It will work but will have pronounced vignetting at the wide angle settings. Not recommended unless you can live with these limitations. The Angenieux 15-150mm is preferable and will provide full coverage of the sensor at all focal lengths and distances. Premium Member Dom Jaeger Posted June 13, 2014 Premium Member Share Posted June 13, 2014 For information about which older lenses will cover S16 and the similar sized sensor of the Pocket Camera, this list (and the accompanying information) by Jorge Diaz-Amador is reliable: http://www.cinematec...r_super-16.html
