I'll be watching this thread. The closest I have seen otherwise are the BSC and Cooke channels. I'd like to see more featurettes in the extras section of BluRay discs that focus on cinematography.

Tarr Béla: I Used to Be a Filmmaker is basically an 85-minute BTS of Turin Horse's principal photography with very few interviews. Could be an interesting watch.

There is also making of documentary Notes on an American Film Director at Work (2008) with 65-minute BTS of Martin Scorsese shooting Departed and Full Tilt Boogie (1997) with 97-minute BTS from From Dusk Till Dawn.

And I just found 260-minute (!) BTS footage from shooting Rob Zombie's Halloween.
