Alright, I found a plus hs for a similar price to the regular 416s, is it worth it for the high speed or should I stick to the regular? I ask whether it's truly usable as under 29 decibels would technically count but 9 decibels higher than the regular 416 seems like a huge jump to make for 24 fps where i imagine its gonna be most of the time that im not sure if the functionality will be impaired by it, let me know what you think. -

Does anyone know what lenses were used for this golf le fleur ad? I'm asking I remember the dps insta saying it was Cooke anamorphic on a 416 but that post isn't there so if anyone could confirm or correct me please do so.

Hi, I see that the arri made the 416 as an upgrade to the sr3 specifically so the 416 could accommodate larger lenses without hitting the viewfinder. The problem is the pricing difference between the two cameras is crazy, the 416 being nearly 4x the price used while on average only garnering 2x the price in rentals, I would without hesitation go for the sr3 but the problem is I frequently use larger lenses so if anyone has come up with a solution to use larger lenses like on the 416 but on the sr3 please tell me.

Hello, I know this may be a long shot, as I'm struggling to find a 16SR3 for sale in the UK, but I am looking for a good condition 16sr3 for sale preferably in the UK. With accessories, on board batteries, chargers, more than 1 film mag would be minimum depending on the price of the item. I'm planning on using the camera for a future project so would be great to hear back from people soon! I am also interested if the item is in other countries inside Europe, but due to shipping costs it would be easier if UK based. If people also know of a 416 for sale in the UK, that would also be interesting, depending on the price as I know the prices between a 16SR3 and 416 can be fairly large. Many Thanks Will

Hello everyone, i wonder if there is someone who knows of rentals or camera owners in Scotland who have 16mm equipment. Arri SR, 416 or Aaton would do it. I'm going to Edinburgh in July for a film shoot but the budget is tight and bringing everything from London is also an issue. Any suggestions or comments would be highly appreciated. Thanks, Arseni
