Arri SR I vs. II Highspeed – any differences?

Hello, 

I'm looking to get an Arri SR Highspeed. I don't really get wether the SR1 existed as HS or wether this is basically the same.

According to this page, they are the same apart from the light meter (which I don't care about). Can anyone confirm this? Or is there a reason to get the SR II HS over the SR I HS?

Not sure why the sr2 hs would be any quieter given it’s the same mechanism as the sr1 hs, just rebadged as an sr2
