Sterling Silva
Hey, Where can I get a tripod like this? http://rondexter.com/ron_on_stilts.jpg Sweet, huh? -S
Onno Perdijk
It looks like a ronfordbaker. I would not try to do this at home... It has been previously mentioned as being a ladderpod: http://www.cinematography.com/forum2004/lo...php?t14021.html Original design by Joe Dunton. Best regards. Premium Member Michael Nash Posted August 30, 2007 Premium Member Share Posted August 30, 2007 That's not a ladderpod; he's just standing on the leg of a tripod. This is a ladderpod: And no, I wouldn't recommend standing on a tripod leg like that either. Why would you want to? Think about what happens with your weight when you have to learn over to operate the camera, especially during a pan...

Guest Trevor Swaim
Sterling Silva... Surely that isn't your real name? If so you have one of the coolest names ever!
oscar jimenez
Sure they are Ronford - Baker Heavy Duty model, and certainly He's really cool, but I never, never would stand on any legs like that, and less with a BL 35 on top, surely it is standing at the gates of a terrible accident, besides that, my Heavy Duty Ronford's are way too expensive to even think on doing that.
