    I had the same problem with my A-Minima, problem solved with some rods adapter from Smallrig. Don't know if it work with XTR CAMERAS. Giorgio

    Hello Gregg, I've checked and yes the threaded bushes inside the holes have 3/8 thread, problem is that seems impossible to find a pair of 15mm rods with internal 3/8 threads.... they all have 1/2 or 12mm thread as the ones I have. Any help to find a pair? Giorgio

    Hello guys, triyng to mount a pair of 15mm rods on the A-Minima power base but found that there are two threaded insert in the holes, seems reducer to 8mm rods. Can't find a way to remove them so there is a reducer adapter to mount 15mm rods on 8mm threaded insert? Thanks Giorgio

    Hello Edgar, I was not saying that 45 euro for minute is cheap but the opposite, in response to a previous post indicating the Filmlab.HU as cheap....and also you are speaking about HD telecine? The 2K scan is very different on price, I'm living in Italy and I'm sending material all over the EC as here in Italy I have not found any lab for developing and scanning 2K for a good price. Please PM me if you are not speaking about telecine HD... Thanks Giorgio

    Just received an answer from Filmlab.hu and they said me that the cost of 2K scan for 16mm is 45 euro for minute...???

    I think so. Received an answer from Aaton and they said that mirror/shutter needs to be re-setted correctly as mine is running just the opposite way...so with a magazine on, the camera should stop in viewing position, without a magazine the camera should stop in NON viewing position. I will send it to Grenoble for the job and to have it cleaned and checked. Giorgio

    Hello guys, just a quick and maybe stupid answer.. finally receiced my PL mount lens so mounted on my new A-MINIMA camera I have discovered that: without a magazine the camera stops with the mirror-shutter in viewing position with a magazine the camera stops with the mirro-shutter in NON viewing position I'm not an expert about the Minima but I think that is non correct, so there is a way to check what can be wrong?     I have a beautiful Beaulieu R16 kit for sale. Camera has been fully serviced and many new parts fitted by Beaulieu guru in Sweden and it runs better than new, very very quite... It has a Schneider zoom lens, new battery and new charger. It's not a cristal camera but if you don't shot very long dialogue it will stay in sync with your digital recorder or if you want, you can use pilotone and a tape recorder like Uher etc.. It's a great kit but I have too many cameras and it need to go. PM if you are interested, you can see my advert here in the for sale section. Good luck. Giorgio
