  1. I've got 12 Cans left. And I'm looking for $2000 for the lot. Also selling $50=100' $200=400'
  2. I have a box of (6500 feet) discontinued properly-stored Fuji Reala 16mm 500Daylight film. LOOKING FOR LOCAL TORONTO, CANADA SALES!!!! Will entertain shipping bulk. Was used to shoot ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND, SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE and WALK THE LINE... The World’s First Motion Picture Film with Fujifilm’s 4th Color Layer Fuji Reala 500D is the world’s only 500-speed daylight-balanced negative film. Its high speed allows shooting in very low-light daylight and also at f-stops offering greater depth of field. Its speed compensates for the wider apertures required with anamorphic lenses and the effective light loss attendant on “over-cranking” for slow motion effects. This is the world’s only film with Fujifilm’s patented color optimized 4th layer technology. A special advantage is the ability to remove “green spike” from un-corrected fluorescent and sodium lighting mixed with daylight sources.
  3. I've got 032. I don't think they made more than 500 units.
  4. I've got an ikonoskop Acam aswell. And you need to sync the shutter. The manual has the process and they say to re-sync it after 30 rolls. https://vimeo.com/99134595 This is another acam shooter with work I enjoy, He intentionally shot like this with the acam for a "dreamy" element. Let me know if you need a manual!
  5. Nice man! Got a pretty stable image out of it too!
  6. Cool, Yea i'd love to see what happens. But yes that makes sense, Some sort of oscilating or sliding mechanism to get it in and out quick. Yea, initially the gopro was projecting pretty small images for me too, buy this angenieux 17-68 comes apart in at least 5 compartments on the dogleg finder and managed to get it closer. but yes not the best. I was also thinking about the new sony RX0 (full frame 24mm f4 equiv on a 1" sensor ) but I havent found one to test. I'm thinking it'll probably be not wide enough Well best of luck man. can't wait to see some footage!
  7. I've got the idea to use a similar set up. This looks CLEAN.. very impressed on a aesthetic camera porno level. Question, are you planning on focusing from the CCD, if so, are you still going to use the CCD camera recommended on the old forum? and what monitor would be need do you think for a good resolution. would you think 800x400 sufficient? I've got an Ikonoskop sp-16 (non reflex) with a 17-68 angenieux lens with built in a dog leg finder (I get 1/3 of the light). I have rigged it up to a gopro (in narrow mode) and smallHD. it is Ok. However, now I get my new letus anamorphic 1.33x front end adapter onto it and with the squeeze I'm finding it hard to get focus. that could be that be the mechanics of my dogleg finder vs your built in reflex finder??? Seems the same to me. Anyways, keep me posted. i'd love to see how this looks

    Video Tap

Hey, Long time reader.. Needing a little help to wrap my head around a possible video tap option for my ikonoskop SP-16 https://www.ebay.ca/itm/JURGENS-COLOR-VIDEO-TAP-35mm-Arri-35-3-C-Mount-Arriflex-SONY-CCD-Camera-WORKS/182862271583?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649 Could anyone let me know a little more about this product? I'm wondering about power options, also just a general understanding of how it works in relation to a C-mount camera (how does the CCD work in relation to the film stock, where is my light going??? Also, Anyone see any reasons this won't work for a video assist for my NON-reflex Camera.) Really looking to get this camera reflex without paying $6000USD for the Duall Conversion. Thanks! Bob!
  9. I'm a hobbyist/micro budget shooter. I have been working as Sales for a camera store in Canada for over 2 years. (great discounts) Over 2 years working, I have gathered some gear, however, never sold myself into a body. (now if I did, it would probably be a BMPCC and I'd most likely take your extra 9.000 and buy a Cooke variokinetal.) I have purchased everything I can think of under the sun for a microbudget narrative feature filmmaking. But Coming from a student/micro budget "wokring on my own projects" filmmaker. I totally feel your need and want to get out an own an 'entire package'. However, I'd be more inclined (IF IT WAS ME) to put the 10,000 into GLASS.. More longevity and also a better chance to rent out, and renting out your gear is a great way to pay for more gear. or the gear itself. That all being said, If you invest into lenses that cover 6k-8k (new sigma cine's) your probably set for life. as long as your happy with the lens itself. In comparison, putting $10,000 into a body, you might not be in the ball park to secure yourself a solid "life-long" body. Cheers!
  10. First Post! Doug, Great lens, I own one for my Bolex rex 1. RX I believe passes %25 of light loss to the finder, however based on my model camera, I plug the finder and use bolexreflex finder for focus. Also, the 17-68 t2.2 from Angenieux is another good lens option for ultra 16. vignetting a bit at wide open. COver my ikonoskop sp-16 wonderfully. Even lighter and smaller. Cheers!
