Brandon Wong
From 2:23 to 2:38, these crazy circular fast motion movements. how they do that?!!!
Max Field
They either have 3 or 4 cameras all right near eachother pointed at the same subject and cutting between them really fast OR shooting the exact same thing 3 or 4 times with the camera's perspective slightly different each time and then cutting between them really fast. If that last one is done, there is probably a bit of rehearsal to ensure the motions are similar each time they shoot. Either way, it's easily completed in post. Premium Member Adrian Sierkowski Posted March 31, 2017 Premium Member Share Posted March 31, 2017 I wonder if you coudl do something similar with a higher resolution camera, let's say 8K, anchor pointing the center, and then doing the rest in after-effects. I dunno.
Premium Member Phil Rhodes Posted March 31, 2017 Premium Member Share Posted March 31, 2017 Lightfield array? But yes, multiple cameras, one way or the other. There are definite changes in perspective, so I suspect it's not just one.
