Alexandros Angelopoulos Apostolos
Do you guys know about https://shotonwhat.com? It was founded in order to provide more accurate information than those present in IMDb’s Technical Specifications. I hope it’s succeeding in that regard, although I don’t have a gauge on which to assess that. The design is kind of atrocious, and the search could’ve been envisioned better.
Premium Member Bill DiPietra Posted April 23, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted April 23, 2016 Yes, I saw Adrian mention it in a recent post and that was the first time I'd heard of it. Could be a bit more streamlined but the information is very useful.
Clint Hulsey
I think the best thing about ShotOnWhat is the ability to sort by camera, lens, stock, etc, etc, something you can't do on IMDB. Agree about the design as it seems to be an abnormally large site and sometimes pulls down my cheap little internet connection (IMDB does so occasionally, but many times you just have to refresh)

Premium Member Tyler Purcell Posted October 18, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted October 18, 2016 It's cool for sure, but it's wrong quite a bit and there is a lot of missing information.
Max Field
It's cool for sure, but it's wrong quite a bit and there is a lot of missing information. Led me to believe Maggie starring Schwarzenegger was shot entirely on Blackmagic pocket cameras.

Premium Member Aapo Lettinen Posted December 28, 2018 Premium Member Share Posted December 28, 2018 (edited) Cameras and lenses and stock used are not much useful information for anyone but for nice-to-know trivia those sites can be handy (from cinematography pov it is pretty much as useful as knowing which chinese factory manufactured the raw plastic material for making the camera) Edited December 28, 2018 by aapo lettinen
