Boris Kalaidjiev
Hi everyone, I have a set ot Zeiss Super Speeds MKIII (S16mm) and I would like to get them serviced somewhere in Europe. The focus marks are a bit off. Any recommendations on a place that can take them in and wont take super long to do a full check? Thank you, Boris

Heikki Repo
I have had my lenses collimated by Elokuvakonepaja in Finland. However, for more indepth servicing/repair I think someone like https://rodensjo.se/MOHR-Lenstech/ can most likely help you. Unfortunately I don't have experience of them myself. Eric Eader
Hello, You might try contacting Zeiss directly. If they don't provide the service you need, they might at least recommend someone who does. Hope this helps and good luck.
Boris Kalaidjiev
@Eric Eaderi tried Zeiss but they got back to me that they don’t repair such old lenses anymore. Does anyone know of other places in Europe? There was a place in Ukraine but I don’t remember the name. Does anyone know what the place was called? Thanks! Joerg Polzfusz
Ukraine? Then it was most likely „Olex Services Konvas“ - but the link seems to be dead: http://sites.google.com/site/olexserviceskonvas/
Joerg Polzfusz
Did you try this company in Braunschweig (Germany)? http://www.ffs-tritec.de
Joerg Polzfusz
https://sites.google.com/site/olexserviceskinor/ Two alternative links for Olex in the Ukraine (above and below) https://sites.google.com/site/olexservicelenses/home/new-solutions/pl-upgrade-of-lomo-prime-spherical-lens-with-konvas-2m-lens-housing-outside-slide-pin-system
Eric Eader
Boris, Did you ask Zeiss to recommend a repair facility? If not, ask them. True Lens Service is expensive, but may, in the long run, be a superior solution. (But I don't know their backlog/waiting list issues, or if they even do S16 lenses). And they are in Great Britain. But, it won't hurt to contact them--- maybe they will recommend someone closer to you. Video Europe.com may offer a recommendation. Again, best of luck.
