I'd seen a short film years ago and have searched online and can't find anything on it. It's a black and white film set during the world war. It's of a lady in a hospital who's in labor. It appears that she passes away during childbirth and the baby is named Adolph at the end.

Can a full feature film be shot on an Arriflex IIC? Will the look of the film be good enough for the big screen?
Thank You!
