Looking for more info on this rehoused 14mm f2.8L. Just got a great deal on ebay. There was little info on the post and the guy didn't get back to me. From the photos I thought it was PL, but it's wider and the seat is deeper. Any ideas on the source of the rehouse or the mount?

$400 OBO. This mount adapter lets you mount an older Arri Standard mount or Arri Bayonet mount lens on a PL mount camera. This is the much more complex type with two spring-loaded push buttons for release, and is compatible with lenses like old Cooke Speed Panchros in Arri Standard mount. Those lenses need the holding tab that this adapter has to let you focus. Very easy to pop lenses in and out by just pressing two the side buttons. Les Bosher was known for making these, although I'm not sure who made this one. I bought this one from Visual Products about 9 years ago. Duclos sells something similar new for $700: https://www.ducloslenses.com/products/arri-standard-pl-adapter Note, this works fine on most film cameras. I used it on my Arri 3C before I sold that last year. It may not be compatible with all PL mount digital cameras like the Alexa - the protruding back can collide with interior baffles. Made for Super16 cameras. In PL mount. The lens is in good condition and the mechanics are smooth. The front and back element has some tiny marks but given it's age it's still good. Hi, I'm selling a gorgeous Arri Zeiss Standard Speed T2.1 PL mount. I got this lens last year from a retired cinematographer, it was part of his back-up set so it looks like "new old stock", pretty rare. Price: $4500 (4000E) Lens is located in Athens, Greece. I can ship worldwide. I accept Paypal and Bank transfer, although I'd prefer the latter for obvious reasons. If you prefer Paypal you'll have to pay the fees, shipping with next day DHL is on me. - Optically the lens looks extremely clean, no cleaning marks, no dust (I can see 1-2 very-very small particles under close inspection, my CN-Es already have more), no scratches, no fungus. 9.9/10 - Cosmetically the lens is very clean, doesn't even have usage marks on the focus gear. 9.9/10 - Mechanically the lens feels great, smooth focus and aperture. Due to it not have being used in a long time, I'd advise a focus lubrication service at some point just to be on the safe side. 9.5/10 The lens comes with original Arri front cap, and a PStechnik rear PL cap. I can also provide an extra rear black rubber cap if needed. As you can see the lens is in great condition, I can ship it to any reputable technician if you want to have it inspected. I also offer a 3-day inspection and return period, but only within Europe, returns from outside the EU would probably complicate things. I also have a 40mm in similar condition which I will list later, let me know if interested. -

These lenses are in excellent pristine condition, free of scratches, haze, fungus or dust. Each comes with a PL adapter (note: this adapter can be easily removed or installed with a hex key (adjustment will need to be made for exact flange focal depth of camera). I found an amazing lens LOMO OKC 35mm F2 with PL mount, perfect for special, amazing pictures. It has a central hole in one of the glass gives hallowed halos around objects and boke in the shape of circle. In the movie version with a Pl mount and ARRI focus ring gear. Hello guys, SK4 + BMPCC I am wondering if the Cooke SK4 lenses are working well on the BMPCC(Blackmagic Pocket Cinema camera). I look forward to rent a 9.5mm or a 12mm T2 Cooke SK4 lens. I was wondering if someone has used this setup before and if they can confirm if there is a problem or maybe a benefit to this setup. I would test it my self but they are rented out for now so thats no option. I would love to see some footage so I can see for my self if it is a good choice to use it for a film. I am especialy curiouse what it does to people and their skin tones and the effect it has on there face. S4I + BMPCC Also I wonder if people used the 14mm T2 35mm-lens with the BMPCC. I have a feeling it will lose thier feel in the out of focus area when used on a Pocket camera. Would love to hear what you guys think. Footage would be great of course.
