  1. Daniel Muchnik

    Super 16

Hey Jon, briefly, yes your suspicions are correct. Bolex footage is not nearly as steady as arri / aaton footage
  2. Hey Guys and Gals, Let me say first off, that I have been coming back to this forum for years and years now, and have always found it to be a wonderful place to educate yourself on production practices and technique. I'm thankful to all the people here to continuously and freely share their great insights. I'm in the process of funding my 3rd feature length film as cinematographer entitled "No Volveré", or "I Will Not Return". I wanted to share with anyone who may be interested, our Indiegogo campaign video. There's a bunch of 35mm 4 perf and super 16 footage in here that you folks might find interesting, and of course a bit of insight into what our film will be about. If you take the time to check it out, Thank you! And feel free to hit me up with any questions about it. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/no-volvere-movie-film#/ Cheers folks, happy shooting. Dan
  3. Francisco, a 16mm format lens wont give you a big enough image circle to cover the sensor of the 7d, which is basically the same size as super 35 film. In short, don't bother.
  4. Hey guys, I have tried to figure this one out for myself, but can't seem to find a definitive answer. I have a Bogen 3068 head that is missing a pan handle, and I am wondering if anybody could tell me what size / diameter the proper handle should be. If you have any hints, aside from ebay, on where I might procure one, that would be much appreciated as well. Thank you in advance, - Dan
