  3. Hello, Rectilux-BOLEX-MOLLER 16-32 x1.5…VERY RARE !!! Combo Rectilux / BOLEX MOLLER-16-32 x1.5 So far the best way to get a true anamorphic ratio for the Cinemascope (2:66), without the constraints of a double focus. Your lens remains over the infinite and the Focuses only with Rectilux without adding diopter ring. The flares and especially the depth of field are magical, natural, impossible to replicate in post-production. You get a spectacular cinema image. The Bolex-Moller is of high quality (superior to Lomos, and other Iscoramas Letus or SLR Magic ...). All connoisseurs know that the Bolex-Moller is a benchmark of quality ... the x1.5 16-32 is now highly sought after. It becomes very, very rare! Mine is in immaculate condition, with no trace of wear, no dust or fungus. Comes installed, went with the Rectilux. The Rectilux is like new, (referenced / number "7") to which was added a 0.8 gear ring for your follow focus. I bought it from fellow Chris deshoux almost three years ago. I struggled alot to find one since it's extremely rare. Again, it is in pristine condition, if you want pictures, pm me. price : 3500 euros + shipping. or Best offer. cheers

  5. VINTAGE ULTRASCOPE ANAMORPHIC LENS SET CLICK HERE FOR PICTURES Set of four vintage anamorphic lenses Ultrascope 40mm f2, 50mm f2, 85mm f2, 135mm f4 All lenses are in arriflex standard mount. The back spherical lenses are Zeiss on the 50-85-135, and Cooke speed panchro II on the 40mm. This set was completely cleaned, lubricated and checked for collimation in 2018 by Visual Products, copy of the report is available. As far glass conditions, some of the lenses do show some cleaning marks on the coating. The set is rare and a fantastic vintage set to say the least. I tested it, please check the screen shots done on my Red Dragon in 4k, using different F stops per each lens. Link below. https://vimeo.com/310163880/34b5d77289 All the lenses do perform beautifully, offering a nice warm effect typical of these old anamorphic lenses, and they are relatively fast compared with other modern ones. They could be converted to hard PL mount by V.P. for an additional cost of $810 per ea. lens, inclusive of focus gear. Price the full set $57,000 + shipping fedex I will be visiting the Las Vegas NAB show in April, and if you are seriously interested, I will have them with me!! 9. Posted Today, 05:48 PM Hello everyone, I am very fascinated by the anamorphic lenses and the effect obtained with them. Looking on the internet for a lens that would not cost too much I found a person who sells an anamorphic projection lens. The lens is an Optical Iper16 2x Anamorphic, I do not know if any of you own it or know it. I would like to use the lens with a Canon 518 AutoZoom and I wanted to ask you: Is it possible to use this lens with my Canon 518? What kind of adapters should I take to fix the anamorphic lens on the camera lens? This is the link forse the Image of the lens: https://www.google.com/search?q=optical+anamorphic+iper+16&client=ms-android-xiaomi-rev1&tbm=isch&prmd=sinv&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiY4cG06e3fAhVC3RoKHX4mBr0Q_AUIECgC#imgrc=b-12YfnxFQr0dM&imgdii=q-i_a1AxHWdY1M

  13. Hi, I´ve the 35mm T2.5 square front, looks awesome on BMPC but I can´t pull focus :( Has the square front with his 35mm spherical, but when turn the focus rings, just move the anamorphic group and lose the alignment with the spherical lens. Perhaps the mine missing some parts? It looks like I´ve to get inside or outside the entire lens of the camera to get in focus each time. It´s frustrating! How works yours?
  14. Hi, I'm looking for the possibility to use an ARRI SR1 in regular16. I'm shooting with a custom made anamorphic kit adapter 2X. I read somewhere that it is possible to adapt the 2x viewfinder from a ARRI 35BL into an ARRI SR1. If anyone would be knowledgeable about this. One question would be if this is even do-able, and another question will be how I can buy it and have it mounted on the Arri SR1. (not interested by video assist etc..) Thanks. Matthieu

Rare set of three lenses for sale: 35mm, T2,5 50mm, T 2,5 and a 80mm, T2,4 All with PL Mount Lenses come with: - front cap - rear PL cap; - new suitcase The price for all three lenses is USD 36,000. Lenses have metric scale. These are Russian vintage ANAMORPHIC NAS Lomo lenses with PL mount. They were used for a big movie recently and then inspected and serviced by Pure4C (Munich) These are 35mm camera format lenses. We used lenses on RED EPIC 6 K. These lenses create the vintage anamorphic look with amazing flares. Lenses are in great optical condition for their age. Focus rings works smooth as for 35 years old lens There are normal signs of use on lens casing. There is a possibility for a lens test in Berlin before purchase. The test costs € 80,-- (two hours) if you bring your own camera or 240 Euros (two hours) at a rental house including a RED camera Buyer must pay for the test in advance I advise to pick the lenses up in Berlin. I will not guarantee for damages during shipping! For more photos or questions: antonwelser@arcor.de
  17. Hi everyone, I have a question thats been asked before, but I havent yet found the exact answer. Or lets say I'm not really entirely clear on what the best path is. So, we are going to shoot on ARRI MINI in anamorphic. Some ARRIRAW, some proress for higher frame rate, OpenGate. I plan to shoot OG 4:3 sensor mode. The client wants to take multiple formats from the shoot (car commercial) i.e 2.39:1 for main film, 16:9 extraction for web, and 1:1 for Instagram. We need to convince the client that its totally OK to shoot anamorphic and just extract the 16:9 from the footage. And this is where I am not sure... a) Is it even possible to have a 2K 16:9 image from a desqueezed anamorphic source? b) Is it better to take the 16:9 extraction from the UNSQUEEZED 4:3 and then desqueeze after, and if so c) how can one do that? What is the correct workflow. I assume its better to take the extraction before the footage is desqueezed to keep the max amount of pixels, right???? Any advice will be hugely appreciated!!! All the best to you all, Neel Potgieter dop Paris France

  22. Some people call it scope lens bracket but it is also known as scope lens holder. Originally this is made by Elmo for Elmo 16 CL and Kodak CT1000 projectors. But someone in UK can modify it to be used for other projectors too. This is a new old stock (NOS) item. The bracket/holder will fit to the lens with 52mm rear barrel diameters such as Elmoscope I, Elmoscope II, Sankor 16D, etc. It is made of steel not nylon which is the current bracket made with the 3D machine. So it is very sturdy. This is a rare item in new condition. I live in New Caledonia, and currently have 4 brackets/holder for sale. Shipping will be done from New Caledonia. It is less than 100 grams, so it won't be expensive. I have one bracket already in the UK now and it is also for sell. So if a member from Europe wants to buy, it will be sent from the UK and shipping is free. Price: £68 or €78 (free shipping to Europe and there will be no tax and duty for the EU members) Email me: winbert (at) hotmail (dot) com Payment via paypal or Western Union/Money Gram. You can see from the below pictures that the benefit of this bracket, i.e it can be swung out when you don't need it, while the lens is still on the bracket. This means the interchange projection between flat and scope print can be done as soon as you want it without need to re-calibrate it (refocus). Something cannot be done if you are using a permanent bracket (need to be screwed onto projector's body) or a universal (stand alone) lens holder. Today, a 3D lens holder (made of nylon) is €56 + €29 (adapter) = €85. A non-3D lens holder from Wittner is even more expensive, i.e € 149. For a universal/general scope lens holder is €110. So my price for an original scope lens bracket / holder, £68 or €78 is quite cheap. Numbers are limited, so first come, first served . cheers, Winbert Easy to use, no hassle interchange between scope and flat presentation
